Sales Representative

Full Time Long Beach, CA

Be our first sales hire. Fully Promoted Long Beach is a brand-new local branch of a global brand with 300 locations in 13 countries. We're building our client base from scratch and need someone to get us in front of business owners and decision-makers across Long Beach and Signal Hill.

• Be first. No inherited accounts and no stale territory. You build the client base and grow the accounts you win.
• Real earning potential: a base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Get out of the office. Most of your week is spent prospecting, meeting business owners, and building relationships in the field.
• Sell what businesses use and reorder: branded apparel, promotional products, signage, and marketing solutions.
• Real training on prospecting, objection handling, closing, products, quoting, and the systems you'll use to manage your territory.
• See the whole business, from prospecting and quoting through closing and delivery.
• No degree required. We hire for track record and drive.

• Own a defined local territory across Long Beach and Signal Hill, targeting businesses in aerospace and manufacturing, port and logistics, healthcare, education, construction and trades, professional services and finance, hospitality, nonprofits, and sports organizations
• Prospect through phone, email, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
• Build relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Understand each customer's needs and goals, then recommend the right apparel, products, signage, and marketing solutions
• Prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Track your pipeline in our CRM
• Stay connected after the sale, turning first orders into repeat business, larger accounts, and referrals

• A growing pipeline of qualified local prospects
• Consistent new meetings with decision-makers
• New accounts won and repeat orders growing
• Long-term relationships across the local business community

• 1+ years of B2B, outside, territory, or business development sales experience
• A self-motivated sales hunter who enjoys opening new accounts, building a territory from scratch, and managing their own time
• Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, and in-person visits
• Strong communication and follow-up
• Reliable transportation
• Promotional products, apparel, or printing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 base (based on experience) + uncapped commission

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.
