• Payrate: $26.00 per hour.

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, enforce site‑specific policies, and if appropriate emergency response.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs.

• Effective written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology for personnel management and fulfilling security duties.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at client sites in a calm and efficient manner.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Guard Card and Firearm Permit and any other licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws.
• Background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only).
• At least 1 year of security experience within the past 3 years or military and/or law enforcement experience.
