We are hiring a Lead Carpenter who can take charge of daily field production - balancing excellent craftsmanship with strong jobsite leadership. What You'll Do:

• Lead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projects
• Perform both rough framing and high-end finish carpentry with accuracy and efficiency
• Read plans, elevations, and details; communicate clarifications as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized jobsite
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager on schedule, materials, and progress
• Prepare material lists, identify special-order items, and support procurement
• Troubleshoot field issues with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
• Set the tone for quality, productivity, and respectful conduct on site

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
  , including rough + finish
• Experience leading small crews and directing daily work flow
• Strong communication, accountability, and jobsite presence
• Able to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
• Problem-solver who can adapt to changing site conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug test
• Owns standard hand tools and a drill set
