What does a Restoration Technician do? They fix broken buildings. Whether it’s a broken pipe or a major storm, when people have an emergency, they turn to us. That’s where you come in – you’ll respond to emergencies and restore the lives of our customers.

Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required. We will help you obtain the training and development you need.

The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board‑up and security, on‑location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean‑up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Ability to be on‑call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

The work environment is usually quiet. Employees must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Regular duties include sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and walking around the office.

Occasional travel (less than 25% of the time). Some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
