$38,934 - $60,943 + eligible for bonus plan
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the overall maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment, following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings, using hand tools, power tools, forklift, and measuring and testing instruments.

- Conduct regular safety inspections on the building, grounds and equipment including but not limited to roofing, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, fire systems, exit doors, dock levelers, dock doors, pallet racking.
- Inspect and test machinery and equipment, diagnose mechanical problems, dismantle defective machines, and install new or repaired parts following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Install, fabricate, modify, demolish conveyors, equipment, offices and other structures.
- Prepare estimates including materials, labor, and time needed for assigned projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MIG, Arc and Gas Welding.
- High school diploma or GED and five years minimum experience as a maintenance technician in a related industry or three years' experience with a trade school equivalent to two years of experience.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Interact with employees and customers in an appropriate manner.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor activities.
- Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
