Lead Window Installer

We are a high-end architectural fabricator seeking an experienced Lead Window Installer to oversee and execute the installation of custom, architecturally significant window systems. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned installer who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, can lead by example in the field, and is comfortable managing complex installations on luxury residential and commercial projects—both locally and abroad.

• Lead and manage on‑site installation of high‑end, custom window systems
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact during installations
• Read, interpret, and execute architectural and shop drawings with precision
• Plan installation sequencing and coordinate labor and materials on‑site
• Mentor and support installers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
• Perform hands‑on installation while maintaining leadership oversight
• Travel out of state and occasionally internationally for project installations
• Ensure job sites meet safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Identify and resolve installation challenges proactively

• Extensive experience in window installation, glazing, or architectural construction
• Prior experience in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of window systems and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Excellent problem‑solving and on‑site decision‑making skills
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid government‑issued  passport required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver large window components

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
