Vivmark Residential seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests and a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks. You will prepare market-ready apartments, maintain grounds, and assist in inventory management.
In the Service Manager’s absence, you may assume supervisory duties and delegate tasks. Required are hands-on maintenance skills in plumbing/electrical/HVAC, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license.
