As a Behavioral Specialist
, you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for each participant's behavioral health needs. You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering effective behavioral health interventions. Additionally, you will train staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Must Have:

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in behavioral health or therapeutic interventions.
