Pitching Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in pitching sessions, programming, and ensuring accurate data capture to support athlete development. This role fosters positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff while maintaining a clean and organized training environment. Assistant Coaches are expected to utilize performance technology such as Trackman and the Arm Care App to enhance player development. Additionally, participation in staff meetings and collaboration with other coaches is essential to maintaining a high‑quality training program.

This position is ideal for individuals with a foundation in pitching instruction and a passion for athlete growth in a data‑driven environment. This role operates in a dynamic training environment and requires a hands‑on coaching approach to optimize athlete development while delivering clear and concise instructions to ensure athlete safety in the facility.

This is a Full‑Time on‑site position based in Long Beach, CA.

• Execute training programs implemented by Coordinator
• Lead or assist pitching sessions
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff
• Assist in programming pitching sessions
• Attend staff meetings

• Minimum 1 year of pitching coaching experience preferred

Monday – Friday 12pm – 9pm

$22 – $25 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off
