• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade‑ups to customers.
• Processes customer purchases, collects cash, distributes change, and handles returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains clean counters and shelves, takes inventory, and keeps records.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with regulations on regulated products.
• Assists with merchandising, displays, and promotional activities.
• Provides customer service in photo and creative machine areas and assists with web pick‑up responsibilities.
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance and complies with all company policies.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
