• Be the face of the salon – creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel confident and cared for.

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of beauty and tanning consultants to meet goals and deliver outstanding service.

• Drive sales across memberships, retail skincare, and tanning services – and celebrate those wins with your team.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

• Promote your salon locally through community engagement and social outreach.

• Previous experience managing a team in a retail or service-based environment.

• A passion for tanning, beauty, and helping people look and feel their best.

• Strong leadership and communication skills – you're organized, upbeat, and goal-driven.

• Comfort with handling operations, numbers, and building team accountability.

• Local knowledge and pride – you're excited to represent a brand that's all about confidence and self-care.

• $50,000–$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
