RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced, board‑certified Adult Psychiatrist to fill the role of Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ.

The Medical Director of PESS will be responsible for coordinating the Medical Staff and clinical staffing activities, performing direct patient care within the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service sites, directing and participating in team meetings, treatment planning, disposition, and other certifying requirements.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $315,000 to $445,000 per year. The compensation offered to the selected candidate will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.

• ABPN board‑certified in Adult Psychiatry
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
• Ideally experienced working in an inpatient setting
• High energy, adaptable, and ability to work on a team
