RWJBarnabas Health System is seeking board‑certified/board‑eligible General Anesthesiologists for full‑time employment at Monmouth Medical Center with call required. New staff will join a group of 19 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs.

Successful candidates must be:

• ABA board‑certified or board‑eligible (new graduates)
• Completed Anesthesiology residency (open to subspecialty and fellowship training)
• Willing to participate in required on‑call schedules
• NY licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ (NJ license preferred)

Newly graduating residents and fellows are encouraged to apply to this role. Current trainees can earn up to $50,000 with the Resident/Fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $550,000 to $600,000 per year.
