Daytime, Evening, Overnight, and Live-in shifts are available for full-time and part-time positions. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you will provide personal care, household support, and companion services to help adults stay safe and independent s role offers the opportunity to develop close relationships with clients while assisting with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion exercises
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders

Freehold, Asbury, Middletown, Manalapan, Wall, Ocean, Long Branch, Tinton Falls, Eatontown, Howell, Matawan, Toms River, Brick, Manchester, Jackson, and throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the client’s residence, assisting with personal hygiene, ambulation, exercises, nutrition, medication, and reporting changes in condition. Additional duties include teaching household routines, measuring vital signs, recording health activities, and adhering to infection control policies.

Shifts are available 24/7, based on assignment and availability. Hours are not guaranteed.
