Position SummaryWe’re looking for a creative, energetic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate the voice, personality, and visibility of our brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence while working closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams on content, campaigns, events, and more.
This position is ideal for someone who loves turning ideas into engaging content, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys collaborating while still being able to work independently. You’ll play a key role in telling our story and connecting with our audience in meaningful, authentic ways.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be the driving force behind our social media channels—planning, creating, and publishing content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Beyond social media, you’ll assist the Marketing Manager with newsletters, email campaigns, events, trade shows, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
No two weeks will look exactly the same, but everything you work on will help shape a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies.
- Develop, manage, and optimize high‑performing social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Create compelling copy, visuals, and video content that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Manage social calendars and track performance metrics to recommend improvements.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather product updates, promotions, and customer stories.
- Assist with newsletters, email marketing, events, home shows, and vendor promotions.
- Balance independent work with team collaboration to meet marketing goals.
- 3–5 years of experience creating and managing social media content.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging voice.
- Creative eye for visuals and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of public relations principles is a plus.
