• Provide high-quality home healthcare to patients as part of a clinical team.
• Work collaboratively to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and ensure compassionate care for children and adults.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
