RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking an RN Resident for the Telemetry unit. You will participate in the RN Residency program, providing care to diverse patient populations during the Evening shift, while building clinical skills and professional competencies.
You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on evidence-based practice, safety, and patient-centered care. A NJ RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS anticipated within 6–12 months.
