Salary Range: $158,125 per annum

• Formulate, implement and administer the Quality Management System (QMS) and strategic initiatives to achieve short and long range quality improvement objectives.
• Drive focus on reduction of warranty and customer concerns and improve internal quality performance.
• Own the quality culture to reduce internal and external DPPM.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to introduce new products to full production.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Review daily in‑process metrics to determine team priorities.
• Deploy 5S and foster/expand 5S culture.
• Develop internal product validation methods to ensure process quality consistency.
• Drive employee engagement in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
• Utilize Eaton Leadership Model to communicate requirements and expectations.
• Support EHS goals by driving culture, compliance, and results.
• Facilitate risk assessments, define EHS targets, and manage MESH element champions.
• Manage EHS data processes (MESH PRISM, Benchmark) to track injuries, illnesses, environmental metrics, and compliance.
• Create training matrices and ensure completion.
• Ensure EHS operational controls are in place and action items resolved timely.
• Lead monthly divisional report outs on EHS goals, actions, and culture development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in manufacturing or quality.
• Thorough experience with ISO 9001.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) – preferred.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma – preferred.
• AQA certification (Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer) – preferred.
• EHS experience – preferred.
