Seasonal Sales Associate

Overview

We’re looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at our Pier Village location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about Little Words Project’s message of kindness and self-love. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll bring our brand story to life, help guests find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience.

• Share our mission, help guests find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
• Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.
• Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer guest questions, and provide top-notch service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Retail experience preferred — but if you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we’d love to meet you!
• Strong communication skills — you love chatting with guests and working with a team.
• Passion for beading, styling, and capturing fun content in-store.
• You stay positive and find solutions with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• This is a temporary seasonal position, up to early January.
