As a Store Associate at Jetty’s retail location, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a positive shopping experience that embodies the Jetty lifestyle. You’ll assist customers with finding the perfect products, including Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. You’ll also help with inventory management, restocking, and creating visually appealing displays to showcase our products.

Qualifications:
- Passion for surf culture and the Jetty brand.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Knowledge of Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands is a plus.
Details:
- Required 5 days a week on site
- Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right products and answering questions about Jetty apparel, surfboards, accessories, and third-party brands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure outstanding shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts by arranging products in an attractive and engaging way.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point of sale (POS) system, and assist with returns and exchanges.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stock is well‑organized.
- Build strong relationships with customers, provide personal recommendations and promote the Jetty brand.
- Work closely with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Assist in maintaining product knowledge to stay up to date on new arrivals and trends in the surf and apparel categories.
