The Shipping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Long Branch, NJ. This role is responsible for handling daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparing, packing, and labeling outgoing orders and processing incoming deliveries. The Shipping Specialist verifies order accuracy, updates inventory systems, and coordinates with warehouse and customer service teams to meet delivery timelines. Responsibilities also include operating material-handling equipment as needed, maintaining a clean and organized shipping area, and following safety and compliance guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and consistent adherence to company procedures.

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping processes, including documentation, labeling, and carrier coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Packing procedures, ensuring secure, damage-free packaging for a variety of products.
• Ability to perform Inventory Control tasks such as stock checks, cycle counts, and system updates.
• Safe and effective Forklift Operation and use of other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping or inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
