Business Transformation Coordinator
Location: Long Eaton, Derbyshire (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: Up to 30,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity
Our client is a growing, acquisitive business embarking on an exciting period of transformation and expansion. With significant growth plans, major system implementations and ongoing acquisitions, they are seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation Coordinator to help drive projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation.
This is a newly created role offering exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a fast-paced and ambitious business.
The successful candidate will support and coordinate multiple transformation projects, helping ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, on time and with measurable business benefit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple projects and work streams across the business
  • Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery
  • Support major business transformation initiatives, including CRM and future ERP implementations
  • Analyse business data and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Review, map and improve business processes
  • Monitor project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables
  • Produce reports, dashboards and presentation materials for stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the organisation
  • Ensure projects remain focused on delivering measurable outcomes
Skills and Experience
  • Graduate calibre with 1-2 years' experience in a project, business improvement, operations, risk, audit, transformation or analytical role
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with a fact-based approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels of the business
  • Proactive, delivery-focused and able to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • A confident individual who can challenge appropriately whilst remaining collaborative
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other company sites
