We are currently searching for a Part‑time 22.5‑hour Maternity Cover Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Frasers, Derby! This vacancy will be covering peak trading days, meaning you will work 22.5 hours across 4 days, Thursday to Sunday. Contractual end date: 11/05/2026.

Please note:

as this is also a solo counter, we will not require any previous team management experience. However, there will be management aspects you will be responsible for. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you’ll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Sales Goals – Achieve individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, build connections with customers, demonstrate product knowledge.
• Brow services – Wax, tint and tweez to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork – Help all team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Special Events – Support in‑store or external events and charity events.
• Administration – Complete daily and weekly worksheet; assist counter manager with administrative tasks as required.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping – Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

• Minimum 6 months retail experience
