We’re recruiting Care Assistants across several areas in North Tyneside
, with a mix of full‑time and part‑time roles available. As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently at home with dignity, choice and compassion
. We’re currently seeking Care Assistants to support people living in Killingworth and Longbenton
.

Pay, Hours & BonusesWe offer block pay (not pay per call) – mary you’re paid from the start confortable first visit to the end of your last visit within a shift.

- Full‑time & part‑time hours available (role dependent)
You don’t need previous care experience – if you’ve cared for family, friends, or simply have the right values, we’ll give you all the training and support you need. As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will:
- Support people to meet their personal outcomes
- Promote independence using enabling approaches
- Deliver personalised care based on choice and control
- Provide personal care that protects dignity
- Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
- Record and share information accurately and on time
- Help people stay connected to their communities
All roles follow agreed shift patterns:
- Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
You’ll work on a 2‑week rota
, including:
- Alternate weekends or
- Every Saturday or every Sunday
- Evenings agreed within your contracted hours
Killingworth (NE12)
- Drivers & walkers

Longbenton (NE12)
- Drivers only
- Full‑time and part‑time hours available
- Please note:

Your training will include:
