We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver - HHA/CNA to join our team at Interim Health Care of Sarasota County. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in Longboat Key, FL, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the clients’ quality of life.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
  Requirements
  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
