Join our team as an In‑Room Dining Server at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, located in beautiful Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service directly to our guests in their rooms, ensuring an outstanding and memorable guest experience.

Compensation: $17‑$20 / hr

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and courteously.
• Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Set up trays and tables in guests' rooms with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following up and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in room service or fine dining environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service.
• Ability to carry trays and navigate throughout the property efficiently.
