• Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing check-ins/check-outs.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and techniques.
• Handle retail transactions accurately, applying retail math as necessary for product sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.

• Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role; barbering skills are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management is advantageous.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
