JGS Lifecare, located in Longmeadow, MA, has been the proud caretaker of the elderly in the local community for over 100 years. Our campus offers Skilled Nursing, Senior Living, and Community programs including traditional long‑term care, short‑term rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice, and day health support services. Our dedicated team provides compassionate care to residents and the individuals we serve.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work as part of a nursing team responsible for providing high‑quality care and safeguarding residents while following each resident’s care plan. You will also assist with resident safety and serve as a constant companion in a caring, kind manner.

• Determine resident needs and provide outstanding resident care.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, personal care, toileting, and meals/feeding.
• Support residents with short‑distance mobility around the building.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current Massachusetts State Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA).
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance on occasion.
• Effective interaction with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem schedules available for days, evenings, and overnights on weekdays and weekends.

Shifts:

6am‑2pm, 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑9pm, 3pm‑11pm, 11pm‑7am.

$3,000 sign‑on bonus. Salary: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour.
