As a new Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a dynamic role that involves designing and implementing training programs for our staff. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating educational sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training materials are up‑to‑date and relevant.

This position offers a stable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with on‑call responsibilities as needed. You will have the opportunity to work closely with team members to support their professional growth and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety within the organization.

To excel as a Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. A Registered Nurse (RN) License is required for this role to ensure a deep understanding of healthcare practices and regulations. Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and other educational tools is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of empathy and professionalism when engaging with staff members at all levels.

Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to staff development are key traits for success in this position.
