Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – JGS Lifecare, Longmeadow, MA.
Competitive pay: $36–$41 per hour with a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for 24+ hours per week.
- Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to residents as a constant companion.
- Ensure resident safety and deliver all services and tasks under the resident care plan.
- Chart and report changes in residents' conditions, such as responses to medication or treatment.
- Provide basic resident care and treatments (temperature, blood pressure, etc.).
- Assist residents with daily activities and support services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current Massachusetts LPN licensure.
- Experience in geriatrics or long‑term care (preferred but not required). Maintenance of valid CPR certification is preferred.
- Maintain educational competency as required by state and federal regulations.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, lift or carry up to 20 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Effective communication skills with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and staff.
Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem schedules available – days, evenings, and overnights on weekdays and weekends.
Shifts:
7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, 11 pm–7 am.
