Position: Administrative Assistant Ward Electric Company, Inc.

Ward Electric Company, Inc, is currently hiring a full-time, team-oriented Administrative Assistant to work out of the company’s Denver office.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties
  • Assist Project Managers/Coordinators/Scheduler
  • Handle close-out of XCEL work packets
  • Process restoration requests
  • Process traffic control requests
  • Assist with data entry (as needed)
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a must
  • Requires analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, is required
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • Maintain a positive and professional image when representing Ward Electric
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Proactive with an ability to work independently
  • Flexibility, decisiveness, practical learning, detail consciousness, dependability, responsibility, and conflict resolution are required
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
