Ward Electric Company, Inc, is currently hiring a full-time, team-oriented Administrative Assistant to work out of the company’s Denver office.
Duties/Responsibilities- General administrative duties
- Assist Project Managers/Coordinators/Scheduler
- Handle close-out of XCEL work packets
- Process restoration requests
- Process traffic control requests
- Assist with data entry (as needed)
- Other duties as assigned
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a must
- Requires analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, is required
- Willing to work in a team environment
- Maintain a positive and professional image when representing Ward Electric
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Proactive with an ability to work independently
- Flexibility, decisiveness, practical learning, detail consciousness, dependability, responsibility, and conflict resolution are required
- Must pass a drug test and background check
