Quick Lane Service Technician

Quick Lane Service Technician Are you an experienced automotive maintenance technician looking for a shop where your skills are valued and your hard work pays off? We're looking for a motivated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our team!

This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on automotive maintenance experience and automotive certifications and is ready to hit the ground running.

With a starting pay of $25 per flat-rate hour, steady workflow, and opportunities to continue developing your skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your automotive career!

What You'll DoPerform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services

Inspect and replace brakes, batteries, filters, belts, and other maintenance components

Perform tire repairs, mounting, balancing, and replacements

Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify recommended maintenance or repairs

Diagnose and address basic vehicle maintenance concerns

Perform scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines

Accurately document completed work and recommended services

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to keep vehicles moving through the shop

What We're Looking For If you have automotive maintenance experience, hold automotive certifications, and are ready to put your skills to work, we'd love to hear from you!

Previous professional automotive maintenance experience required

Automotive certifications required — ASE, manufacturer-specific, or other recognized automotive service certifications

Experience performing oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and general vehicle maintenance

Strong understanding of automotive maintenance procedures and shop safety

Ability to perform multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs

Comfortable using automotive tools, equipment, and basic diagnostic technology

Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment without sacrificing quality

Valid driver's license with an approved motor vehicle record per our insurance requirements

Dependable, motivated, and committed to providing quality workmanship

Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
