We are seeking a Project Manager based in our northern Colorado region.

Project Manager role focused on civil construction, stormwater infrastructure, site development, structural concrete, and drainage infrastructure.

• Heavy civil, self‑perform construction – roadway, site work, underground, erosion control
• Experience with water control, river restoration, dewatering drainage way restoration/repair a plus
• Schedule management, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, financial reporting

• Knowledge of conversion factors and unit weights of all related construction materials commonly utilized in the industry (various aggregates, soils, concrete, asphalt, rip rap, rebar, pipe, etc.)
• Ability to prepare/price water control, diversion and dewatering plans
• Computer estimating skills, including Bid2
  
  Win Software (comparable to HCSS Heavy Bid), Bluebeam, and AGTEK
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project
• Ability to effectively apply estimating techniques and cost controls, and to interpret computerized cost data and systems
• Knowledge of private, city, county, Denver Water, MHFD, SEMSWA, CDOT, State Parks, USFS, Army Corps of Engineers, Division of Dams and Airport specifications, with a proven track record of bringing contracts on time and within budget

• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience in civil construction, stormwater infrastructure, site development, structural concrete, or drainage infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
