Position: Urogynecology - Physician - Longmont, CO

The UCHealth Medical Group is excited to welcome a Board-Certified Urogynecologist to join our established practice in Boulder County, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained, possess exceptional surgical expertise, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.   • Collaborative Practice Environment:
    Work closely with general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Robust Referral Network: Benefit from a strong pipeline of patients and referring physicians, ensuring a steady and diverse case mix.
  • Advanced Surgical Resources: Access dedicated robotic block time 2-3 days per week, supporting high-volume, minimally invasive procedures.
  • Efficient Clinical Support: Nurse practitioners and physician assistants handle most new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to focus on pre- and post-operative care.
  • Limited Call Responsibilities: Call is restricted to established surgical patients; no emergency department gynecology coverage is required.
  • Surgical Support: Department physician assistant serves as the surgical first assistant; no involvement with residents or students, providing a focused and efficient OR environment.
  • High-Volume OR from Day One: Join a busy practice, with the current surgeon performing 12-14 robotic cases weekly and a patient waitlist of approximately 5 months.

A note:
This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 10/01/2025. We are unable to support visa candidates for this position.

Exceptional Benefits

  • The pay range for this full-time position is $378,900 - $421,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
