Certified/Board Eligible GYN with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, fellowship trained, or extensive experience preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional surgical expertise, experience and interest in endometriosis treatment, strong interpersonal skills, and be passionate about providing outstanding patient care. • Join a respected, established high‑volume practice in Boulder County specializing in advanced endometriosis surgical care.
• Enjoy seamless collaboration with general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology teams.
• Designated robotic time available.
• Limited call coverage, restricted to established surgical patients—no emergency department GYN coverage required.
• Efficient Clinical Support:
  Nurse practitioners and physician assistants handle most new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to focus on pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• High‑Volume OR from Day One: join a busy practice, current surgeon performing 12‑14 robotic cases weekly, with a patient waitlist of approximately five months.
• Practice within the physician‑led medical group with over 2,000 providers across the Colorado Front Range.
• EPIC EMR utilized system‑wide.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

• The pay range for this full‑time position is $385,000 - $407,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
• Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
