• Lead and mentor a team of machinists, programmers, and support staff.
• Oversee shop floor operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Program and run CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam as needed.
• Manage production schedules and align with customer demands.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain for AS9100D compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
• Ensure tooling, equipment, and processes support safe and efficient operations.

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Mastercam programming expertise with ability to operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and GD&T.
• Familiarity with AS9100D compliance requirements.
• Experience managing production schedules in a dynamic shop environment.
• ERP/MRP system knowledge.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly preferred (or equivalent experience).
