Facilities Maintenance & FEHS Supervisor II

Under general supervision, this position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and successful, productive and efficient operation of all facilities equipment, along with ownership of the site's OSHA General Industry, environmental, and ISO 14001 compliance programs. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, calibration, movement, installation, troubleshooting, and repair as well as facility evaluation in preparation of new equipment, in addition to building, implementing, and maintaining site EHS and environmental management system (EMS) programs.

The overlying function for this position is support and optimization for production and R&D activities related to facilities equipment, while ensuring the site operates in compliance with applicable OSHA, RCRA, and environmental regulations. This position is a leadership role still requiring hands on working responsibilities, and operates within the INFICON NA EHS framework, with program oversight, guidance, and escalation support provided by the Syracuse EHS team.

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
