Finance and Insurance Manager – Valley Subaru of Longmont

Base pay: $125,000 – $200,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products that enhance vehicle ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Understand title laws and registration process.
• Maintain required certifications and proficiency.
• Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post‑sale and ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to acquire a sales license.
