• Processor experience (not mandatory)
• Master of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM debt products
• Fluency in Durable Unit/Lender Program (DU/LP) matters
• In‑depth knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines
• Positive, winning attitude; a hard‑working, hustle mentality is required
• Track record of building and leading a high‑performing loan officer team
• Strong file‑structuring and coaching skills; able to educate new loan officers

• Serve as the go‑to advisor for all applications, structuring, and support, especially for the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days
• Coach and mentor back‑end loan officers, teaching file‑structuring and best practices
• Collaborate with Niko Kramer and the existing team of 18 loan officers to build an unstoppable pipeline
• Maintain a relentless work ethic, often working 12‑15 hours per day, 7 days a week if required
• Ensure timely turnaround of loans and uphold company standards of excellence
