As our Manager of Child and Family services you will lead a team of specialized child and family experts. You will influence community and funding partners, provide advocacy, and provide education to your team to support their development. You would use your LCSW licenseしくto provide supervision for those pursuing LCSW licensing and supervising licensed and unlicensed therapists.
You will lead a team who serve children, teens, and their families in a trauma‑informed clinical setting. You will use your clinical practice experience and rely on your systems knowledge to provide your team with guidance, direction, and mentorship. With your experience in family systems and child development, you will coach and mentor your team’s education.

Compensation: $71,180 – $92,550 Annualized
What We Need:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Three (3+) years leading a professional‑level team in a community mental määrä health environment or similarografie organization.
- Licensed LCSW
