Responsible for leading IT and supply chain initiatives at the site, managing end‑to‑end program execution, and ensuring optimal process efficiency and technology simplification across multiple Global sites.

• Collaborate with business and functional partners to define requirements using lean principles.
• Drive technology strategy aligned with business needs and reference architecture.
• Outline program strategy and deliver on expected outcomes.
• Define agile program management methodologies for all projects.
• Organize and lead cross‑functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage program execution of interdependent projects with global technical teams.
• Oversee procurement and onboarding processes.
• Resolve roadblocks and interdependencies, ensuring continuous flow.
• Partner with external teams to complete required tasks.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and non‑standard events.
• Communicate stakeholder updates and accelerate change.
• Validate deliverable quality against stakeholder expectations.
• Adapt roadmap based on continuous feedback and Kaizen outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple interdependent requests and feature delivery.
• Lead critical initiatives, develop IT strategy and roadmap, and drive process improvements with AI/ML.

• 10+ years of technical experience with established leadership credentials in IT program/product areas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Strong leader focused on outcomes and team organization.
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with minimal direction.
• Global team player with customer focus.
• Lean methodology expertise and agile program management proficiency.
• Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, and Salesforce technologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe or related certifications.
