SummaryWe are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Level 1 Technician to join our Managed IT Services (MSP) team. You’ll provide remote and on-site technical support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for proactive individuals with strong IT fundamentals, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

- Provide first‑contact support for incoming requests via phone, email, and help desk portal.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using remote tools and hands‑on fixes.
- Perform routine updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with clients.
- Document client systems, configurations, and resolutions.
- Implement and monitor security measures.
- Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration.
- Support operations and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide remote and on‑site support in Longmont and Loveland area.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in an MSP or IT support environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, server OS (Server 2016/2019/2022), and Microsoft 365.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP/MCSA) are a plus.
- Experience with RMM tools (e.g., Ninja
RMM), ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask PSA), and documentation platforms (e.g., IT Glue). - Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
- Competitive hourly compensation: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour.
