Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale, and guide guest experience. They provide feedback, coach team members, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and maintain a safe, clean environment while ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early starts as early as 3 AM and weekends
• Passable background check per local, state, and federal law
• Must obtain Serv Safe Certification before completing leadership training
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but site‑specific)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Hourly: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations
• Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position

The position requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These demands may be accommodated with reasonable accommodations.
