Supervisor for Inventory and Receiving this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of 3-5 members and the key distribution stakeholder for inventory control. This role routinely works with our purchasing and accounting teams.
Supervisor for Ecommerce/Pick & Pack - this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of up to 10 team members and the daily ecommerce service level standards. This role routinely works with our marketing and customer care teams.
Supervisor for Wholesale Distribution - this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of 3-5 team members and the wholesale business service level standards. This role routinely works with our purchasing, accounting and outside partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the service level standards related to their specific area of focus
- Responsible for building strong teams, daily management and #1 for safety
- Responsible for the performance management of direct reports
- Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and community
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years direct experience and 2+ years management experience
- Associate Degree or greater, preferred
- Supervisors require a strong familiarity with computers
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and team player mentality
- Ability to lift 70lbs

The Colorado pay range for this position is from $26.69 to $31.39. Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location.
