Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management:
Supervise Assistant Managers and Customer Service Attendants, overseeing hiring, employee development, performance management, training, and budgeting in collaboration with the Site Manager. - Site Maintenance:
Manage site inventory and service needs, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with the Maintenance team for repairs and projects. - Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure top-notch customer service, resolve customer satisfaction issues, and promote sales of the Unlimited Wash Pass Program. - Work Lead:
Step in as a Customer Service Attendant when needed and fulfill Site Manager roles during absences.
Needed:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience with a knack for coaching and motivating employees.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Basic mechanical skills for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
