We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused Laborer / Serviceman to support maintenance and production activities across our plant. This entry‑level role keeps operations running efficiently through hands‑on work, cleanup, and maintenance tasks.

• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE; report equipment or safety concerns.
• Perform trenching, digging, back filling, shoveling, sweeping, and cleanup work.
• Assist with maintenance work, concrete form building, painting, and general housekeeping.
• Lubricate and oil equipment; support maintenance teams and respond to callouts.
• Attend meetings and training sessions, support other classifications and plant outage work.
• Complete any tasks assigned by management to support plant operations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of general plant experience or six years of cement plant experience if joining from outside the company.
• Proficiency in control systems and computer applications; strong communication skills; mechanical aptitude and ability to read diagrams; mathematical ability related to production measurements; strong decision‑making and safety awareness.

• Must comply with all safety standards and always wear appropriate PPE.
• Work in outdoor and indoor environments with exposure to physical labor and harsh conditions (extreme heat, humidity, extreme cold, noise, dust).
• Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally; ability to perform all essential job functions; must pass physical exam.
• Work varying shifts as needed, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Position required to be performed in person at the assigned worksite; remote work not available.
