Production QC/QA, Production Associate / Production Line
The Core Tech is an entry-level prepress professional responsible for setting up and processing core Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising products. Under close supervision, this role learns and follows established SOPs, maintains quality standards, and builds foundational skills across Prepress workflows. This is a learning and development role with a clear path toward Core Tech II upon meeting defined performance and skill benchmarks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Process core OOH products including Posters and Bulletins following established SOPs.
- Maintain a consistent volume of daily output while meeting quality standards.
- Learn and apply prepress workflows, tools, and quality control standards.
- Follow QC checklists and document findings accurately.
- Receive training on Wall, Transit Fleet, and Specialty products with support.
- Communicate file issues or production blockers to Core Lead or Specialty Tech in a timely manner.
- Participate in onboarding, SOP training, and shadowing programs.
- Support team production deadlines by prioritizing assigned work effectively.
This role requires proactive, responsive communication throughout the day by monitoring the inbox continuously, reviewing, prioritizing, and addressing internal and external inquiries promptly. The expectation is clear, professional responses that accurately resolve questions and reflect a high standard of service. Strong triage skills — quickly identifying urgent messages, tracking ongoing threads, and keeping communication organized — are essential to supporting the team’s daily workflow and ensuring no critical updates are missed.
EXPERIENCEAND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED - Preferred:
Associate's degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Print Production, or related field - Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- 0–1 year of prepress, graphic production, or related experience
- Entry-level creative or technical experience accepted
- Internship or coursework in print/graphic production is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
- Ability to follow step-by-step technical processes
- Basic computer and file management skills
- Familiarity with print production concepts (preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Critical thinking and problem-awareness

- Time management and ability to meet production deadlines
