NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Manufacturing SMT Operator to set up and run the SMT line, including the screen printer, pick-and-place machines and the reflow oven. You will load feeders, verify part numbers and ensure devices are assembled to specification.
The role requires high attention to ESD and IPC‑A‑610 standards, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow process sheets. A High School diploma or GED and 6–12 months electronics experience are preferred; ITAR/CUI compliance
