NEOTech is seeking a dependable SMT Operator for 2nd shift in Colorado, responsible for setting up SMT line equipment, loading feeders, and verifying parts for each job. You will run the screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven, while maintaining IPC-610 and ESD standards.
Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and 6–12 months electronics experience, with proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail. Training provided on MSL handling and ISO procedures.
