Join American Family Care as an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner.

Positions available at four locations:
Louisville, Boulder (two sites), Longmont. Must be willing to work at any location;
Longmont is considered the main location.

• Provide patient care with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Work within clinic hours (Mon‑Fri 8‑8, Sat‑Sun 8‑5), evenings and weekends required.
• Manage minimal paperwork and follow‑up; no on‑call duties.
• Collaborate with highly‑trained medical staff.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body.
• Active DEA license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

$65.00 – $85.00 per hour, including monthly bonus. 100 % paid malpractice insurance.
